The goal of our approach is to deliver optimal results for our customers, while taking into account the particularities of a constantly evolving market. The Philosca team focuses its actions on developing long-term, close relationships with its customers, becoming their real estate “family doctor”.

I’ve been a real estate broker for 17 years now, and grew up in an underprivileged area – the St-Michel sector of Montreal.
Over the years, I’ve carried on the tradition of my father, who helped many families in need. My father is, for many, an example of generosity and know-how.
In 2023, thanks to the fruits of my highly successful labour, I decided to create the Philosca Foundation. The aim of this initiative is to support the education of children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
There’s a saying that goes, “Since it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a foundation like the Philosca Foundation to help all the young people of Quebec.”
